So take some time and learn a few Yoga poses and try warming up with these before your next surf. Enjoy calming and clearing your mind and work into each pose slowly. When you are ready to surf try to transition from land into the water with a calm mindset and a loose body. This is the pathway to a totally enjoyable surf!
